I wanted to express how eternally grateful I am for finding Woodlands Wheelchair Shuttle to assist with the transportation of my mom to her medical appointments.

My mother had a massive stroke which left her with no movement below the neck and major dementia issues. I had tried several transports companies that had been "recommended" by health care professionals that only left me frustrated with tardiness, inappropriate transport, and drivers who remained in their vehicles and expected me to load and unload. By the time I found Woodlands Wheelchair Shuttle I was at my wits end - - AND THEY WERE A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!! Renee patiently took the intake and scheduling!! Aaron, a true gentleman, who drove the large van with a lift, guided my mom's chair not only in and out of the van but down the long halls of the medical centers, and he would even open/close the doors for me!!! They have always been on time and the vehicle very clean.

Woodlands Wheelchair Shuttle has been providing us transport services for almost 5 years and I wouldn't even consider using anyone else - - and how many service providers can you say that about!! Thank You Woodlands Wheelchair Shuttle, You have been a Godsend!!

Fantastic Service at a Great Price!
I can't express how much of a blessing Woodlands Wheelchair Shuttle was to take care of us! Their van was very clean and clutter free. Our driver was so wonderful; I've never had anyone ever push my mom in her chair for me and our driver just took the chair away and pushed her into the medical center for her appointment!  We definitely recommend this transportation service.

Woodlands Wheelchair Shuttle is exactly what I need for transporting my aging, wheelchair bound dad to his doctor appointments. We have received rides from them several times. They have been able to accommodate us at the time on the days that we have requested. They have also been very gracious on 2 occasions when we needed to cancel on the day of a ride (due to the Physician being ill) and reschedule for a future date.The driver is friendly, courteous, kind and prompt. Dad & I enjoy our travels with Woodlands Wheelchair Shuttle and we definitely recommend their services!

Both the office personnel and the drivers are excellent! Scheduling our transportation is quick and easy, and our driver is so very nice and caring. But the best part of all, is that our driver is always on time to pick us up before AND after our appointments! The price is well worth the quality of services received.
